California and the West

Residents of California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Arizona may qualify for a reduced voyage fare on select sailings, where applicable alongside any seasonal opportunity already running. Valid state identification is required at the port.

Similar programs may be available to residents of Florida, Georgia, the Northeast, Puerto Rico, Canada and Mexico.

Those who served

Active duty service members, retirees, veterans and first responders across the United States and Canada may qualify for a reduced voyage fare on select sailings, where applicable alongside any current opportunity.

Service identification and a passport are required at the port. As an Air Force veteran myself, this is the program I check first.

Book early and pay in full

Guests who book at least a year ahead of sailing and pay in full may receive a further reduction on the voyage fare, subject to availability. The earlier the conversation starts, the more room there is to work with.

Solo travellers and returning guests who refer a friend may also qualify for added value onboard.

Southern California departures

Southern California residents may qualify for a reduced voyage fare on select cruises departing San Diego, including Baja and Mexican Riviera itineraries and the seasonal Halloween and holiday voyages.

For families in San Diego and Riverside counties this is the shortest distance between your driveway and a ship.

Rates for service members

Eligible United States military members may qualify for reduced voyage fares on select Disney Cruise Line sailings, and a separate anniversary offer may add an onboard credit for qualifying service members.

Reduced rates may also be available on select rooms at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort hotels and Aulani in Hawaii.

When Disney assigns the stateroom

Reduced voyage fares may be available on select Bahamian, Caribbean, Baja, Mexican Riviera and Pacific Coast sailings when you let Disney assign the stateroom closer to departure.

Full payment is due at booking and these fares are not refundable, so this suits firm plans rather than flexible ones. I will tell you plainly whether it fits.
