I am Katrina Lee

For twenty years I planned travel for senior leaders inside the U.S. federal government. International delegations, multi city itineraries, several principals across several time zones on one schedule that had to hold. I am an Air Force veteran, and I learned early that when the details fall apart, the trip falls apart. So I do not let them.

I do that work for private clients now. I plan for families who need the trip to work for every person in it, from the toddler to the grandparent. For solo women who want to be taken care of without being managed. For couples who want one week where nobody has to make a decision. For clients who need a room that actually accommodates them, and who are tired of finding out at check in that it does not. I center Black travelers and the communities we move through, and my table is open to anyone who wants a trip built with care.

Luxury, to me, is not a price point. It is the feeling that somebody handled it before you noticed there was something to handle. Booking through me costs you nothing extra.

Luxury with soul

Indulgent where it counts, quiet where you need it, and built around how you actually travel instead of how a brochure says you should. I plan a lot of family trips, and the rule there is the same as anywhere else. Build the day around the slowest person in the group and everybody has a better time.

I also believe in leaving room in a trip. The best day is usually the one nobody planned, and it only happens if somebody built the slack in on purpose. That is my job.
