What I plan for families

Every person in the group, considered

A family trip has more moving parts than any other kind, and that is exactly the work I have done for twenty years. Here is where families lean on me most.

Multigenerational

Three generations, one itinerary

Rooms that connect, a pace that fits a toddler and a grandparent on the same day, and downtime built in on purpose. Nobody feels rushed and nobody feels bored.

Cruise from California

A first family cruise, no airfare

San Diego, Long Beach, and San Francisco all sail to Mexico, the California Coast, and Hawaii. Driving to the ship keeps a family cruise within reach. Carnival and Princess sail these routes, and I plan the whole thing.

The details, handled

You arrive, I have already handled it

Car seats, dietary needs, a room that actually accommodates everyone, and a plan for the day it all goes sideways. Luxury, to me, is the feeling that somebody handled it before you noticed there was something to handle.

Why families work with me

Twenty years of trips that had to hold

For twenty years I planned travel for senior leaders inside the federal government. Multi city itineraries, several people across several time zones, on one schedule that could not fall apart. I am an Air Force veteran, and I learned early that the details are not part of the job. They are the whole job.

A family vacation runs on the same skill. More people, more needs, more that can go wrong, and one person quietly making sure it all fits together. Booking through me costs you nothing extra.

Milestone and celebration travel runs on it too. Weddings and Honeymoons
